Collector Access welcome offer
Joining the collector email list provides a personal code for £15 off your first Mizuna Art order. The code applies once to the whole order, on any artwork, including unframed editions and original paintings, with no minimum spend. One code per customer, one use only, first orders only. It cannot be combined with another discount code or exchanged for cash. Enter the code at checkout; the reduced total is shown before payment. Unsubscribing from marketing does not invalidate an unused code.
1. The seller and how to contact us
Mizuna Art is the trading name of Lukas Roe, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Our business address is 6 South Road, Baldock, SG7 6BY, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@mizunaart.com or on 07709 789402.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Artwork, photographs, designs, branding and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
3. Products and prices
We take care to describe and show artwork accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Product pages show the artwork, available formats, dimensions, what is included and the price. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you submit an order. UK delivery is free.
4. Ordering and payment
Before you pay, you can review the product, selected format, quantity, delivery details and total price in checkout. The payment methods available are shown there. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email, which records the order and the terms that apply to it. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund payments made for it.
5. Delivery and risk
UK delivery is free and normally takes 3–5 days. See the delivery page for details. We will deliver within the time shown at checkout and, unless we agree another time with you, within 30 days. Responsibility for the artwork passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of it. If an artwork arrives damaged, our free replacement promise applies in addition to your statutory rights.
6. Cancellation, returns and exchanges
You can exercise statutory online cancellation rights within the applicable period. The returns and exchanges page explains how to cancel, return goods and receive a refund. Our 30-day gift exchange is an additional offer and does not replace statutory rights.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs, branding, photographs and written content on this website belong to Mizuna Art or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, license or distribute them without written permission.
8. Complaints and liability
If you have a complaint, contact us by email, telephone or post using the details above. Tell us what happened, include your order number if you have one, and explain how you would like us to help. We will review your complaint and respond. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow that. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our use of personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The terms that apply to an order are the terms provided when that order is placed and confirmed. We will not use a later update to change an existing order without your agreement.
